Data deletion instructions

1. Option 1: in your Game Lasso account

• Remove one connected account: sign in, open Settings, then Connected accounts, and choose Disconnect next to the account.
• Delete everything: sign in, open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account.

2. Option 2: by email

Send an email to privacy@gamelasso.gg from the email address registered to your Game Lasso account, with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us your Game Lasso username or the handle of the connected account, and whether you want to delete one connected account or your whole account.

If you no longer have access to that email address, tell us the handle of the connected account and we will ask you to prove that you control it. We confirm the request by email.

3. Option 3: remove our access on the platform

You can also remove Game Lasso's access directly on each platform. After that we cannot read any new data from the account.

• Instagram: in the Instagram app or website, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Game Lasso.
• TikTok: in the TikTok app, open Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, find the apps and services connected to your account, and remove Game Lasso.
• YouTube (Google): open your Google security settings page and remove Game Lasso's access.

Removing access on the platform stops new data from reaching us, and we delete the data we already received from that platform within 30 days. To delete your Game Lasso account as well, use Option 1 or Option 2.

4. What we delete and when

• Access tokens for a connected account: immediately when you disconnect it.
• Data received from the platform (profile, account statistics, video lists and video statistics): within 7 days of disconnecting in Game Lasso, or within 30 days of removing our access on the platform.
• Your Game Lasso account (profile, settings, connected accounts, campaign activity): deleted or anonymized within 30 days of your request.
• We answer every request within 30 days at the latest.

5. What we have to keep

The law requires us to keep payment, earnings and invoice records (for example the campaign, the video link, the measured views and the amount paid) for 10 years under Turkish commercial and tax law. We keep these records with the minimum personal data needed and delete them when the period ends. Security and audit logs are kept for 2 years. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Checking a deletion request

If Meta gave you a confirmation code for a deletion request, open the link that came with it, or add the code to this page's address: gamelasso.gg/data-deletion?code= followed by your code. The status of your request appears at the top of the page. You can also email the code to privacy@gamelasso.gg.
